Policy Issue Assignment

This is part B of a two part assignment, part A being the Policy Issue Assignment. Students will discuss the same policy for both assignments. For the final paper, students will proposing a policy process on their chosen topic.
Consider that you are still working for the same department of the government, and upper management took notice of your paper prioritizing a particular policy issue. In order to move forward on the issue you have identified, your manager needs to be convinced of a policy process. You have been asked to outline a policy process. The process you outline needs to consider a policy structure, model of policy development and to discuss the stages of policy development. Your manager would like you to also include a shortened version of your issue paper so that it is all together in one document. The paper needs to address the person personally as I showed you and remember the policy is about the rising cost of child care in BC and how you propose to implement a policy change that is to increase funding, open more daycares, etc. Read the first part of the assignment that I had done already which talks about and gives lots of info on this matter. The Assignment MUST be done on this topic.
