1.0 Abstract
The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research (introduction), how the problem was studied (methods), the principal findings (results), and what the findings mean (discussion and conclusion).
1.1. INTRODUCTION
This section should discuss on the general description about the project that will be develop. The sections consist of problem statement, aim and objective, and scopes.
1.2. PROBLEM STATEMENT/S
The problem statement should explain the challenges / problems that occur as a motivation to the project development. The problem statements need to do before producing the aim and objective.
1.3. OBJECTIVE
The objectives should be written in point form and start with verbs. There is no limited number of objectives. But, it is enough about THREE objectives. The example objectives as below:

i. To study the characteristics of multimedia courseware for slow learner.
ii. To develop the multimedia courseware for slow learner
iii. To verify the functionality of courseware developed.
1.4. SCOPES
The scopes of the project are needed in order to set the boundaries of the project development. This is very important to ensure the objective able to accomplish within the time. The scopes should written into point form and parallel with the objectives.
1.5. REVIEW PREVIOUS WORK
This section should discussion on previous similar work that will be enhanced or developed. Student need to compare at least THREE previous systems regarding to get the ideas and problem statement. Then, student need to analyze and discuss for each previous work. In this section, reviewing the web base and articles is involved. The student shall list out the reference that involved in this section into list of reference.
1.6. CURRENT SYSTEM AND LIMITATION
This section should describe the current implementation by user/client. From the user implementation, derive the limitation of current system. You may list the limitation in point form.
1.7. METHODOLOGY
This section should describe the methodology use in completing the UNDERGRADUATE PROJECT 1 and UNDERGRADUATE PROJECT2 project. All activities can be accomplished by preparing suitable Work breakdown Structure (WBS), thus student can complete their Gantt Chart accordingly. Refer Appendix 17.
1.8. REPORT ORGANIZATION
Chapter 1 is the introduction to the project. In this part contain introduction, problem statement, objective, scope, previous work reviews, current system, and methodology and report organization.
