b. Given your knowledge, the simulation reports, and your discussion with your partner, explain why you were able to achieve or not achieve your goals — what were the causes of your better or weaker than expected performance? (20 points)
5. Summarize how you have prepared your firm to compete in the future (quarters 4 through 6). (20 points)
6. What were the lessons learned? (10 points) – Please be completely honest; I will give you 10 points for this question regardless of your answers
a. How did you benefit from participating in the simulation?
