Your Individual report requires:

- The first section of the report discusses the five theoretical concepts you have attempted in your action steps and why they are important for managers to understand.
- The second section of the report reflects upon each of the concepts attempted and analyses which of the concepts worked well and why, which concepts were not as effective in improving your chosen skill and which of the concepts you will use again in the future. You should also compare your expected outcomes from the LC/AP to the actual outcomes, discuss your final results from the pre and post-test measures and whether you reached your overall aim.
- Report format is required which includes a Title page, an Executive Summary (approximately an additional 10% of the word count), a Table of Contents, Section numbers and Headings, Page numbers and a Reference List. Any additional materials relating to your report (eg: surveys) can be scanned in as an appendix or handed to me in class.
- Please note: The Reference List must show the (minimum) five cited academic sources in your report. Academic sources are text books and journal articles from the library databases.
