This study seeks to achieve the following research objectives: 

1. To identifying various factors causing stress, and stress reduction strategies among police personnel in the UAE by using questionnaire-based survey approach. 

2. To develop a relationship model among variables that cause stress using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) 

The current research attempts to answer the following questions: 

RQ1: What are the various factors causing stress and its root causes?

RQ2: What are the specific stressors exist among police personnel in the UAE?

RQ3: What specific stress coping strategies police personnel in UAE adopt?

RQ4: How are the different variables that cause stress related/interlinked?

I am providing the discussion chapter to be enhanced in all parts except of the tables and add additional supported literature review especially for the parts that i put comments.
