Description
The assignment consist of designing a sustainable three-course meal (starter, main, desert). The essay must address the topic of sustainability and a definition that includes environmental, economic and social aspects. The sustainability of the main ingredients (at least one ingredient for the starter, one for the main and one for the desert) must be addressed.
