Create an action research project plan it can be based on something of general interest or it can be an outline of the eventual action research you would like to conduct and report for EA 7995 and 8995. Regardless of which option you choose your plan must be based on the Jason Figure 9.1 of our textbook and must include content specified for Section I, IV, V, VI and VII. The other outline sections (Sections II, III, VIII, IX and X) should include a statement that this section will be written at the completion of project activities during EA 8995 enrollment.
Based on acceptable approaches to program evaluation students will develop a plan to evaluate an existing program in their school buildings or districts. The plan must include a clarification of the reason for the evaluation; the political, ethical, and interpersonal issues involved in the evaluation; an analysis of the context and boundaries of the evaluation; specification of the evaluation questions; methods of evaluation, including the methodological approach; sources and collection of data; timeline; and plan for analysis and interpretation of data. Students must also clarify the expected outcomes of the program evaluation (e.g., budgeting decisions, program revision, etc.).
