You are a paralegal employed by the Mount Gravatt Law Centre. Your supervising solicitor James Wright has given you a memo (see attachment below) he has drafted for staff regarding changes to trust account legislation and procedures for receipting and drawing funds from the firm trust account. Your task is to create a table of contents for the memo using the headings that are in the memo. The table of contents should be inserted at the front of the memo, and you should save and submit the memo with the table of contents for marking.

The Mount Gravatt Law Centre currently employs twelve administrative staff, and there is a firm policy that the MGLC has a monthly meeting with administrative staff at 9am on the last Friday of each month to discuss practice management and staff education issues. If a meeting is to be held for staff training purposes outside this time then a
request needs to be made to the Practice Manager which details when the meeting is proposed to be held, the number of administrative staff that are required to attend and the resources that will be needed for the staff training such as preparation of handout materials.
Supervising solicitor James Wright has sent you an email as follows after receiving the finalized memo regarding the trust account legislation that you submitted for Assessment 5.3:
Hi,
Thanks for finalizing the Memo regarding trust account procedures. Great work! It is now ready for use. It is very important that all staff receive this refresher training about trust account procedures as we have a few new staff and there have been some small mistakes made. I want to deliver a training session to all admin staff in two days time (being the 12th of the month) at 10am. I think we will need to arrange to use the boardroom to fit everyone in, and I’d like a copy of the memo to be available to each admin staff and one copy to be bound and kept with the Firm Policies & Procedures Manual. I think it would be good to have one of the secretaries convert the Memo to PowerPoint slides that I can use during the training session so we probably need to arrange for there to be a projector in the boardroom. It may take a while to discuss so it would be nice if some morning tea and water was available.
Can you please arrange for all of the above to take place and send me an email confirming when it has been organized?
