- Develop a draft Service Plan which identifies the major planning stages and key tasks associated with these stages, the appropriate sequence, timeframe, estimated time for implementation of key tasks (a Service Plan format will be provided) and performance indicators for each stage.
- Write a briefing report (900-1000 words) to accompany the draft plan to the General Manager Planning and Development explaining the legislative and service contexts, policy issues, and assumptions underpinning the draft plan.
