PowerPoint is an important professional tool that has a lot of capabilities to aid you in educating a variety of audiences on important environmental topics. Your goal in building a PowerPoint presentation is to grab the attention of the audience and keep it. To accomplish this goal, you need to keep your presentation interesting. Make sure you use a font size that can be seen in the back of the room. The use of colors adds to the appeal. Photos, graphs, and tables help to visually communicate ideas. The audience is there to listen to you, the expert, not read a report. Avoid using paragraphs. Simple sentences or bullets are best.
