1. How does transparency and freely accessible government information benefit a society? By government information, I mean info produced by the government for use by government agencies as well as citizens.
2. How does making this information available benefit the government?
3. What are some of the implications of much of this government information being available exclusively online? Do not think only of people who are unable to access online info, but also of those who are unwilling to engage with online info.
