How would you describe the most common legal obstacles or hurdles that many startups face in the process of establishing their businesses and launching their products and services
Please review the reading posted under Assignments and address the following questions on the basis of the reading and perhaps based on doing additional research by weaving your answers into the write-up:
1. How would you describe the most common legal obstacles or hurdles that many startups face in the process of establishing their businesses and launching their products and services? Refer to the web resources.
2. Please list and briefly discuss the most common legal documents that startups would require to have for a successful launch and business operations as discussed in the assigned reading. If there are some that you want to learn more about or are confused about, briefly indicate what they are.
Finally, please briefly share your impressions from your internships/ events visited, other related work that you may be doing in the context of the class in a separate (distinct) section of the paper, so you may end up having to expand your submission a bit to 4 pages or so to accommodate for the additional content. Please do not include the events that you have already discussed in prior submissions, 1.5 space.
Thanks! (The jobs I might be doing is marketing)
